Raymon E. Roberts, President of Ray Roberts Realty, Inc., has worked continuously in the property management field since 1985 and began Ray Roberts Realty, Inc. in 1992. He supervises the entire company portfolio and provides support to the operational staff. Mr. Roberts has extensive experience in the construction industry as a project manager in a diverse portfolio including office buildings, shopping centers, condominium developments, hotels, and R & D developments. Ray has worked with owners to rehabilitate many properties thus increasing their market value and income.
A graduate of California State University at Long Beach, he holds a California Real Estate Brokers' License, and Real Property Administrator designation (RPA) from Builders, Owners and Managers Institute. He is currently a member of Apartment Association of Orange County - AAOC (over 20 years), California Association of Community Managers - CACM (over 5 years), California Association of Realtors - CAR (over 30 years), and Builders, Owners and Managers Association - BOMA (over 20 years). Ray currently holds a position on the Rancho Southeast Board of Realtors Membership and Education Committee. The Apartment Association of California Southern Cities honored Ray Roberts Realty as a Property Management Company of the Year. Ray was recently honored with the CCAM designation by the California Association of Community Managers which honors him as a Certified Community Association Manager.
Mark Roberts, has worked for over 10 years in the property management field in operational maintenance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and management. Mark has also served as a consultant for several real estate development firms aiding in condominium conversions projects, acquisitions, & sales. Mark graduated Cum Laude from the University of Southern California with a degree in Business Finance and Entrepreneurship. He currently holds a California Real Estate Brokers' License.
