Community Association Management

Ray Roberts Realty has been successfully managing Homeowner Associations in Southern California for over 20 years.

We are ready to provide all property management services including, but not limited to, the following:

• Meet with Directors and attend board meetings
• Maintain complete occupant, vendor, insurance, accounting and legal records
• Provide long-range fiscal and capital planning options, and analyze cash management requirements.
• Prepare annual operating and capital budgets for submission and approval by Directors.
• Perform all monthly and annual financial accounting
• Provide monthly reports to all Directors
• Collect fees and assessments, pursue delinquent accounts and late charges, and initiate legal proceedings when necessary for collection
• Supervise and control purchasing of supplies and equipment taking advantage of our purchasing power
• Prepare maintenance schedules and monitor progress
• Assist in the analysis of capital improvement projects, bid solicitation, and supervise projects
• Supervise employees and subcontractors, set up and enforce work standards and schedules
• Enforce the rules and regulations of the Association
• Individualize our services to meet the association's needs
